A coworker tried to install the Plugable UGA-165 on a desktop and unfortunately after rebooting both screens come up black.
I tried rebooting without the adapter plugged in, with a different monitor, and with a DVI cable instead of a VGA from one of the monitors.
The computer seems to reboot fine, I can hear the tone and can activate lights on the keyboard (caps lock, num lock, scroll lock).
Any suggestions? I’d like to just be able to boot with one monitor and fix the installation that had occurred.
