I recieved a UD3900 as a gift the power supply did not have prong clips with it I am in need of US Prongs

Thanks for reaching out to us, I am sorry this is not going as expected and I am happy to help!

The US power prongs are removable and shipped disconnected from the power supply. These can often become trapped behind the inner cardboard in the box. When you have a moment, please remove the inner cardboard support and check to see if the power prongs are stuck in the fold in the cardboard.

Please let me know if you find the prongs, or if not let me know and I will send you an email to get shipping information for sending a replacement set.
