UD 3900 Not showing and life

UD-3900 was moved cross country and when I went to set it up today I am getting no lights on the unit at all.

is there any sort of reset that I can do?

I have tried and alternative universal 5 v supply with no change.

Unit is just a year old

Hello Tom,

I am sorry to hear this. When plugging the docking station into wall-power do you see the blue LED light up? If so, there might be another underlying problem.
