UD-3900 not displaying to monitor on Dell Venue 8 Pro

I purchased the UD-3900 after I saw a video of it connecting 4 monitors to a Dell Venue 8 Pro. The ethernet port works, my wireless mouse and keyboard work, external hard drives work fine. What doesn’t work is connecting it to a wide screen flat panel monitor, which is the main reason for my purchase. The display settings appear to see a second screen, but nothing displays on the monitor.

What kind of monitor do you have and what connection are you using to the back of the UD-3900?

We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. Please plug the UD-3900 with all of your accessories and monitor attached into your Venue through the OTG cable, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:
