Can you please help with my problem, with a UD-3900 Rev B2 docking station?
I’m using it with a Lenovo laptop Y40-70 model 20347.
With the UD-3900 plugged in, the laptop hangs on start-up and on shutdown.
I tried the diagnostics listed here:
Step 1 works ok:
"1) Plug in just the Hub to your system with no devices or the power adapter plugged in to the Hub and reboot the system. Does the system reboot without any issues?
Step 2 does not work:
2) Plug only the AC Power Adapter to the Hub and connect the Hub to the system. Try rebooting the system. Does the system reboot?
I’ve checked the Lenovo web-site for system updates. There were none listed for USB nor BIOS. There is one update for the Intel chip-set, which I installed. It didn’t help.
