Brand new out of the box, neither the DVI or HDMI work. I restart, unplug, reinstall, and continually get a “Latest USB device is not recognized” error.
Never mind – I plugged back in my old UD-3000 and it worked. I will just return this piece of garbage and find a different brand that hopefully works.
