UD-3000 -- can I use a usb-c to usb-a dongle to run it from a laptop usb-c port

I have a laptop running well with a standard usb-a connection to a UD-3000 (external monitor, keyboard, usb drive and more). Now I plan to purchase another laptop with only a usb-c connection. Can I use a dongle to convert that usb-c to a usb-a and then use my UD-3000 as is?

Hi Mark,

Yes indeed, we’d expect that to work on a Windows system with USB-C using an adapter such as our USBC-AF3:
