my MIL has a UD-160-A we got her 3 years ago - it has been working perfectly until the other day when the monitor stopped being recognized…we unplugged and replugged everything including power to the unit, but still nothing…there is a steady green light and a blue light that seems to fade in and out…mouse and keyboard are working fine…where to start with troubleshooting?
