My new Thunderbolt 3 dock is not working properly. Perhaps there is something I can do to resolve the issue. I have power to my MacBook Pro (2017). Mouse and keyboard are working fine through the USB ports on the back of the dock.
I cannot get display to work through the DisplayPort either with a native cable or HDMI adapter. I know the USB-C works with a display as I’ve used it with my OWC dock. I like the design of the Plugable unit better, so I’m hopeful we can get this up and running.
I have tried to unplug the dock and let it rest before plugging it back in. The reset of power did not resolve the issue.
