Please shoot us an email at support@plugable.com with details regarding the setup (make and model of the system, current version of OS used, connection through USB 2.0 or USB 3.0, etc) in which you are using our product along with the amazon order ID through which our product was ordered.

Once we have this information, we can help troubleshoot to figure out what is the cause of the issue that you are seeing and the best way to resolve it quickly.
