Surface Pro2 with UGA-2K-A showing "No Monitor"

I am running 8.1 on my Surface Pro2. I have installed the UGA-2k-A with Display Link Manager 7.6.56275.0

No display is showing on the monitor.

When I go to “Screen Resolution” it shows “No Monitor” for that display, which it does detect.

I have tried on two different Lenovo 2323Z monitors and it still doesn’t work.

Any thoughts?
