I just installed windows 10 on my surface pro 3 and now it will not recognize usb drives. Device manager shows no problems with drivers. It will recognize my Logitech universal dongle.

Sorry to hear about this issue. Which Plugable product do you have? One of our USB drive docks?
Also of course we have to point out that Windows 10 is still being developed so issues are not unexpected. The final release is due out on the 29th so there may be some final fixes Microsoft is working on.
