super speed 7-port USB 3.0 hub - suddenly not working with USB 2 devices

super speed 7-port USB 3.0 hub. Was working fine, now not working with non-USB 3 devices.
Up until a couple of days ago, all was fine with this. Now, I can’t connect devices through the hub unless they are USB 3 compatible. New driver maybe?

Thanks for posting with your issue.

Typically, this sort of issue can be resolved simply by power cycling the hub- unplugging power until all the blue connection LED’s go out, then plugging back in.

If that doesn’t get you up and running, or if the issue comes back, please run our support tool, PlugDebug, and send the .zip it creates on your desktop subject “Ticket 54582” to support@plugable.com.
