I recently bought the USB 3.0 dual docking station. I am able to receive sound only from one monitor. I would like to receive the volume from both my monitors. Tried the other posts and troubleshooting tips. But no luck.

My impression based on your description is that you are using our USB 3.0 Universal Laptop Docking Station known as the UD-3900 → https://plugable.com/products/ud-3900 Please let me know if I am mistaken.
Assuming for the moment that my understanding is correct, the UD-3900 has one HDMI video output and one DVI video output.
The HDMI video output can also carry an audio signal to a monitor that has an HDMI video input and has built-in speakers. The DVI video output cannot carry an audio signal.
As a result, only one monitor connected to the dock (an HDMI monitor with built-in speakers) will be able to receive an audio signal.
