Second screen still a Blank not Bank

Just hooked up docking station, installed software, connected with HDMI to second screen. No image there. Did a Windows P and chose extend nothing.

Windows 10, Lenovo Yoga laptop. 8 GB RAM

Based off of your description, the first variable to double-check is to make sure that the monitor’s input setting is set to HDMI using the buttons on the front of the monitor. Can you please confirm that the input setting is set correctly, if you haven’t already?

Pending that confirmation, we’ll want to examine some log files to see if they can tell us what is happening. To help us do so please download and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug –> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug just after the behavior has occurred and you have restarted so we can try and capture the behavior. When the utility completes it will notify you a file has been created and provide our direct email support address to send the file (support@plugable.com). Please send the file to that address with ‘Ticket 145222’ in the subject line so we can match everything up.
