If I buy a Roberts Stream64i music player could i then use the usb port it has to connect this plugable bluetooth adaptor to then use a remote bluetooth speaker, thats playing music on stream 64i

I’m sorry to say the the Bluetooth adapter will not work with the Roberts Stream64i. This is because the adapter only works when connected to a Windows or Linux computer. Bluetooth is rather complex, and many drivers have to be installed for it to work correctly.
I wish I could give you better news.
Some music players come with built-in Bluetooth capability. If the ability to play music through wireless speakers, you may want to look for one of them.
