Rhythmic Blur-DC125

On start up it tells me I would get better picture by going to 1600X900 resolution, my computer only goes to 1440X900, When viewing pages I get a rhythmic blur that last about a second then back to clear. I’ve downloaded the latest drivers for the DC-125 and no luck

Thanks for posting your question here, we’d be glad to help! 1440x900 is one of the max resolutions supported by the dc-125 dock, and likely your monitor is capable of supporting a higher resolution, which is why you’re seeing the message on startup but unable to switch to the recommended resolution.

To correct the rthythmic blur issue, please verify that “optimize for video” setting is turned off in DisplayLink Manager. With the dock connected, click on the DisplayLink system tray icon to access settings menu.
