Sorry to hear of the issues. Can you please collect a set of system logs so we can get additional details about the system and advise on the next steps?

Our log-gathering tool can be downloaded here:

It will save a .ZIP file to your Desktop which you can then email to support@plugable.com for us to analyze. (When you email the file over, please put Ticket 170752 in the subject.)
