i purchased 8 of the usb 2.0 docking stations and one of the wall power adaptors smoked. Plus I would like to have a cople of extra on hand. where can I buy them?

The power adapter that comes with the Plugable UD-160-A outputs 2.5 A at 5 V through a center positive jack plug with outer diameter 4.7 mm, inner diameter 1.7 mm and length 9.5 mm.
