I have a new HP Laptop running Windows 10. I followed the steps for the install but nothing works, I then came to the forums and followed some others such as using the cleaner and reinstalling the software but still nothing… I have repeated this process at least 8 times now, every time when I review the drivers have errors… on number 9, I am at the part that I am supposed to connect the USB “First Connect” and its been stuck on this step for a good 10 minutes now.
