problems

my plugable worked fine for 3 days. now i cant even get my computer to detect it when i try to sync to my monitor. what do i do?

Thanks for posting, we’ll be happy to help. To get a better idea of what’s happening, please run the DisplayLink Support Tool and send us the log files.

Here’s a link to instructions on how to run the Support Tool. Please forward the output along with your Amazon Order Id and the serial number of your device over to us at support@plugable.com.
