Hi,
I am trying to connect my hp monitor through your plugable Superspeed USB 3.0 docking station (DL-3900), but it will not connect. The monitor will connect directly to my computer, and all other devices (printer, mouse, sound) do connect through the docking station. What is the issue?

A quick question for you…can you let me know what specific model number HP monitor you are connecting to the dock, and what type of video cable (HDMI, DVI or VGA) you are using to connect it? I ask because in previous similar cases the connection type played a part, and I just want to make sure I understand all the details.
