I’m having the same problem as described in a previous topic. Reloading the c-media driver as descrided in “http://plugable.com/2015/07/31/window…” sounds like a poor workaround if it has to be redone afrer every reboot. Until there’s a better workaround, is there a way to keep audio going to the tablet’s internal speaker when the docking station is plugged in?

I agree, until Microsoft fixes the 32 bit USB audio class drivers built into Windows 10 it may be better to use the built in speaker.
To change the audio back to the tablet’s speaker, just go into the audio preferences and change the default audio device.
Unfortunately at the moment I don’t have a Windows 10 computer in front of me, but here’s the general idea on how to do it using a guide for Windows 8:
