power adapter not plugging fully inside of box

Hello,

The power adapter is not plugging into the Plugable USB 2.0 10 Port Hub (with Power Adapter) fully and there is still metal plug showing. What problems will this cause?

Hi Joe,

Thanks for posting here! By design the power adapter jack of the Plugable 10 Port Hub is longer than the plug and does not go all the way into the plug. Having a longer power adapter jack that does not go all the way in to the plug causes no problem whatsoever.
