I purchased the USB3-HUB7-81X from Amazon and I recently noticed that only ports 5, 6 and 7 have blue lights that light up. Ports 1-4 never light up. Ports 1-4 do have power and can charge things but none of my three computers will recognize anything plugged into these ports.
