Plugable usb3 not detected

Whenever I plug in the plugable, the blue lights come on and it is recognized by the laptops. But nothing comes up for me to do anything, I’ve reversed the cable from laptop to laptop and still nothing. I’m thinking I have a bad cable. Please help.

Welcome to the Plugable forums and I can assist with this issue with our USB Transfer Cable. To establish a connection between both of your PCs, we’ll want to download and install the Easy Computer Sync software onto both PCs.

One of the more common reasons why this no connection issue will occur is that the software may not be installed on both computers. Please use the link down below to download Easy Computer Sync on both of your computers.

I would also suggest that after you install the software is to restart each computer and see if you can establish a successful connection.
