Plugable USB C to M.2 NVMe Not working

I am using the Sabrent 1TB Rocket NVMe 4.0 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TLYWMYW/ref=pe_825000_114665720_TE_item)

It recognized the device for the first time and successfully formatted it.

When I unplugged from my laptop and tried again, it does not recognized at all. Even with the other m.2 NVME ssd that I have. The blue light does light up though.

I tried to update the firmware but firmware updater couldn’t recognized the device at all.

Please help.
