I was messing with the settings and I clicked on the “turn off laptop monitor” option. Now my external screens turn off and my laptop monitor doesn’t show anything but my wallpaper. It won’t let me do anything, how can I turn this option off or undo this so I can use my setup again? Can I reset this somehow? What can I do? Help?!

Thanks for posting your question here! If you are on Windows 7, try holding down the Windows key (the key with Windows logo on it) and hit the P key twice. This would instantly change the Multiple monitor mode every time you do it.
