I have a plugable 3.0 connected to my dual external monitors. This morning, I restarted my computer, no updates were installed that I am aware of, and now my computer won’t display to either external monitor.
I’m at a loss for what to change. I’ve reinstalled drivers and restarted multiple times, not sure what’s going on.

Thanks for the description of the behavior you are seeing and letting us know the steps that you have taken to troubleshoot. Based off of this, we’ll want to examine some log files to see if they can tell us what is happening. To help us do so please download and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug –> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug with everything connected. Please send us the file that is created on your Desktop by attaching it to an email to our direct support email address at support@plugable.com with ‘Ticket Number 158119’ in the subject line so we can match everything up. We’ll examine the logs and determine next steps from there. Once more is discovered, I will update this forum post with what we found.
