Plugable USB 3.0 Hard Drive Dock will work on my usb 2.0 slots but not 3.0.

Any thoughts? This is why I bought this dock. For the USB 3.0 transfer speeds.

Sounds like your USB 3.0 controller needs a driver update or reinstall. I would check with your computer manufacturer’s downloads page for your computer or motherboard for the latest drivers.
