plugable USB 2.0 working sporadically

I have the pluggable USB 2.0 for my android phone.It seems to be working sporadically. I purchased it in April of this year from Amazon.

I’d like to gather some additional details to better understand the issue and better determine what we might be able to do to resolve the issue.   • Which model of phone do you have?
  • Do you have similar issues when charging the phone?
