Plugable USB 2.0 micro - no picture/black screen!

We have been using the Plugable USB 2.0 USB Microscope for over a year without problems. Today there is no picture (just a black screen - using the most updated driver/software) although the LED’s light up when plugged in. Any ideas? Thanks for the support.
