Plugable UD-ULTCDL Constantly needs to be reset for 4k monitor

I’ve been using my UD-ULTCDL for three monitor display and everything has been working well except for the third monitor that’s plugged into the HDMI 4K port. 90% of the time after I lock my computer and walk away, when I come back and wake up the monitors the 4K one does not come back up. Display Settings on my laptop recognizes the monitor and thinks it’s working, but the monitor reads No Input. The only way to fix it is to power cycle the dock and then the monitor comes back up.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Laptop is a new HP Spectre x360 13t.

Thank you so much for reaching back out to us! I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue with the 4K port, but I would be more than happy to assist!

Based on the behavior you have outlined, we may need to see if sending out a replacement unit and isolating the docking station helps resolve the issue.

We attempted to reach out to Logan via direct email and this thread, but we have not received a response back. Based on the behavior he is experiencing, we will need to send over a replacement unit to isolate the hardware.
