Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, there was no information in your post other than the information from the Windows Event Log entry.

Can you please reach out to us via our direct support email address at support@plugable.com (referencing ticket #322686 in the subject line) with the following information?

  1. A description of the of problem behavior you experienced that preceded the event recorded by Windows

  2. Which USB cable type (USB-A or USB-C) you are using to connect the dock to your laptop

  3. The Amazon Order ID number for your Plugable docking station purchase

  4. The output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug (http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug) from your system, just after the problem behavior has occurred

This information will help us to determine the next steps.

** Please do not post the Amazon Order ID number or the PlugDebug file here in our public forum. Please only include them in your direct email **

Thank you,

Bob
