Plugable UD-3000 not recognizing any devices

Dear Mr/Mrs,

Last Thursday I installed the Plugable UD-3000 and connected the device on a Fujitsu Stylistic, but after three hours of work, both display screens (external monitor and the laptop) started blinking. From that moment I pulled out the USB from the laptop and put it back in the same and other laptop. But the device didn’t recognize any laptop. The green USB light stays off. Power off and on did not fixed the problem.

Does anybody has this same problem and could someone tell us what to do?
