http://support.plugable.com/plugable#… plugable led keyboard randomly will not work. It shuts off after a second of being on. Then unplug and replug 10 or so times until it works. Uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, this has been happening since i purchased the product, just not often at the begining

The LEDs operate independent of any drivers on the system so I believe this could be a hardware fault with the board itself. If you contact us directly at support@plugable.com and provide your shipping address and your Amazon Order ID # or other proof of purchase, we can arrange a pretested replacement under warranty.
