Just to avoid confusion for others reading this thread, the problems that Rama and Mat have reported before are about the Plugable UD-160-A which is a docking station coming with it’s own LAN port and has a different display device than the UGA-2K-A which is a display adapter only.

We have no doubt you have hit a faulty device. Regarding the LAN issue, we believe it’s completely independent of the Display Adapters problems you’ve been having.

I am having the same problem. Mouse and screen lock up periodically and I have to power down the unit and then plug it back in. Is there a solution to fix this problem? RC
