windows 8 system installs drivers for “pluggable Ethernet” then un installs and will not find drivers. this is has happened on 4 of 4 Acer laptops with in8 pro 64bit

So we don’t have to play 20 questions to be able to recommend the right troubleshooting steps, could you please run our support tool, PlugDebug, and send an email with the .zip file it creates on your desktop attached in to email@example.com? Please be sure to have the device attached directly to a USB port on your computer while running the tool. If you could also please include a link to this thread (http://support.plugable.com/plugable/…) this would also be helpful.
