Plugable docking station - no audio or ethernet after latest 5/18 update

Just installed the lasted update for the pluggable usb 3.0 docking station used with Windows 8.0 After the install, the Ethernet and audio drivers stopped working. Rebooted and re-installed, no help. Ideas?

Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your Plugable USB 3.0 docking station. To be able to figure out the best steps to get your dock running, please run the DisplayLink Support Tool and forward the .zip file that it creates over to us at support@plugable.com.

Also please included your Amazon order id and the serial number of the unit you have.
