Plugable 3.0

Plugable 3.0: I had recently unhooked my dock from power source and monitors to move my office. After reconnecting everything I get nothing. No windows acknowledgement of something being plugged into my usb, which always had before. No additional display detected. I have uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled a couple of times, no change. All I get is a slow blue from the forward LED.

Thoughts?

For the benefit of anyone else following this thread, Jeff also contacted us directly via support@plugable.com. In this case an incorrect power adapter was connected to the unit after the move which unfortunately caused the unit to stop working (and caused the blue power LED to blink when it in fact should be solid). I have attached a photo of the power adapter we include with the dock for general reference should anyone need it.
