The blue light is on. I’m plugged into my iMac running Mountain Lion. An ikey even lights up, but the computer isn’t picking up any of the plug-ins anymore. Any ideas?Thank you!

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear that the hub seems to have disappeared- I’ll be happy to help!
As a first troubleshooting step, please try disconnecting the AC power supply from the unit for at least 15 seconds, then reconnect it.
If that doesn’t seem to help, please
- Try connecting the hub in a different USB port on your iMac
- Connect only one simple device like a USB wired mouse or keyboard (or a flash drive if you don’t have a wired mouse/keyboard).
- Run our support tool, PlugDebug . Instructions to download and use PlugDebug are here:

Please send the .zip file it creates to support@plugable.com with a link to this thread. The additional details it provides will help me to see whether the hub is detected normally and recommend the right steps.

Hey, Jeff. Thank you so much for your help. It seems that i just needed to unplug from the AC and give it a minute or two. Things seem good again…Phew!
