I can’t say enough how pleased I was with the support, timely, friendly and extremely helpful, when I had a problem with a 7 Port Hub. I didn’t have a lot of faith in the ‘hubs’, read about a lot of non-performers, so I wasn’t too surprised when the initial one didn’t measure up. BUT, in no time, Josh had a replacement to me in the mail. It’s performed exactly up to its full promise. After I put it through all kinds of tests I merely printed out the return label sent by Josh and returned the original. No hassle, no problems. Can’t recommend them enough.
