only 7 ports work on a 10 port hub

Last November I purchased the 10 port Hub 3.0 - now 3 of the ports do not recognize any flash drive or usb cable. Is there any return policy possible, or replacement available?

Hi Beti - Absolutely, we’re happy to replace any unit under warranty where some hardware has failed over time.

Just email your Amazon or other order # to support@plugable.com, let us know that some ports have failed on the hub, and we’ll confirm your shipping address and get that right off to you as an exchange.
