Only 3 of 7 ports on hub will work at same time

usb3-HUB7-81X device, only three of seven ports will work at one time. All ports work when only one device plugged in. It doesn’t matter which three ports I select, they work, but only three will work at once.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us, I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue, but I would be more than happy to assist!

Just to make sure we are not running into an enumeration issue, when you have a moment, could you please follow these instructions:

  1. Remove the AC Adapter that is connected to the back of the hub, remove the USB 3.0 cable that goes from the hub to your system, and remove all connected devices.
  2. Wait 30 seconds
  3. After 30 seconds, please attach only the AC Adapter to the back of the hub
  4. Wait 10 seconds
  5. After 10 seconds, please attach only the USB 3.0 cable from the hub to your system (With the AC Adapter still connected)
  6. Reboot your system
  7. After the system fully reboots, please attach all previously connected devices, and see if the same behavior occurs.

We sent over some instructions to see if we could have the entire hub reset, and allow the devices to enumerate once again, but we did not receive a response back.
