Trying to get a Pluggable USB-VGA-165 loaded and working. Downloaded driver from website, version for Windows 10. When the unit is plugged in nothing happens. I have switched usb ports, changed cords and nothing. I do get the indicator tone showing that something has been plugged in or unplugged. I am trying to use this for a third monitor. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I am trying to install on a Dell OptiPlex 960.
