Added a usb 2.0 plugable device to have a second screen on my dell optiplex 780 CFF. Running Win10, latest driver installed but as soon as I plug the device with the 2nd screen (samsung syncmaster 2243), computer detects second device, goes to dual display but nothing on new screen, remains black…
