NO HDMI Signal message on my Dell Lattitude E5450 on Windows 7. Also External HD complains about not being a USB 3.0. Keep getting message to reboot to install drivers.
Worked fine on my Toshiba Satellite with Windows 10.
I posted the plugdebug diagnostics zip file. It assigned me ticket (#135688).
