my bluetooth speakers appear in playback devices in windows 10 but the status of the speakers is disconnected. when I right click and choose connect nothing happens
The speakers on my laptop are there also but they show as connected
what am I doing wrong

Thank you for posting about your Bluetooth adapter. I’m sorry it isn’t connecting to your speakers.
Could you run our diagnostic program? It will allow me to see what is going on, and help get it straightened out.
Please plug the adapter into your computer, then go to this page, and follow the instructions there:

When you run the program, it will create a zip file on your desktop with your computer name and the date. Please send that file directly to our support email address at support@plugable.com
