Recently, the UD-3900 on one of our laptops died. We purchased a new one, but have been unable to get the video to work. We’ve tried a few things, including removing the drivers using the tool DisplayLink removal tool from the forums and reinstalling the latest version. Installing the drivers is successful, and the DisplayLink is detected, but we are unable to select more than the native laptop display in display settings. Could you offer any suggestions?
