No response from device

device was working fine then was away for a few days for the holidays, came back to work and the device will not work. laptop recognizes the device but the device will not light up. it is plugged into a 4 port non ac powered hub. The other 3 items on hub do not require power. I’ve plugged it in directly with no luck. Display settings show the third monitor but no display. I’ve confirmed the monitor is good. Any thoughts…

Could you run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com as an attachment along with your Amazon Order ID and a link to this thread?

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze the .zip, we can figure out the next steps.
